Line Dance Connection:	What's your name? Do you have any dance nicknames that you're known by?
Ed Williams:	My name is Edward Williams and my nicknames are Brooklyn Ed, New York, Green Eyes & Pooh the Bear Williams (boxing alias).
Line Dance Connection:	Where are you from and what city do you call home?
Ed Williams:	I’m originally from Brooklyn and that's where I call home.
Line Dance Connection:	What do you do in your professional life? Any hobbies outside of dance?
Ed Williams:	I’m a Carpenter Electrician by trade. My hobbies are basketball, boxing, watching Criminal Minds and Storage Wars.
Line Dance Connection:	So what do they call this dance craze in your home town? Line Dancing, Hustling, Sliding, Other?
Ed Williams:	It’s called Line Dancing.
Line Dance Connection:	Are you affiliated with any group or groups?
Ed Williams:	I started out with Dave Bush Dancers and I was affiliated with S.I.L.K., Just Blaze and BE Line Dancers. Now I'm an official member of Tri-City Hustlerz.
Line Dance Connection:	How long have you been dancing?
Ed Williams:	I’ve been dancing all my life, but I have been line dancing for 14 years.
Line Dance Connection:	How did you get involved in dancing?
Ed Williams:	I was introduced to Dave Bush by Michael Wooding at Brave New World's Sundays Oldies party.
Line Dance Connection:	After you attended your very first class, how did you feel?
Ed Williams:	My first class was in Dave's basement…….I was cracking up at how much I was messing up but I was also hooked and never looked back.
Line Dance Connection:	How did you get into choreography?
Ed Williams:	Being Dave's protégé, I went to Mr. Bush & asked him to collaborate with me and he agreed.
Line Dance Connection:	How many dances have you created and what was the very first dance you created?
Ed Williams:	I have created 60 total dances (some were never released) and my first dance created was Airtight.
Line Dance Connection:	Of all your dances which one would you say is your favorite?
Ed Williams:	My favorite dance ……..wow that's a tough question. If I had to name one it would be Next Level with Caught Up being a close 2nd!
Line Dance Connection:	In your own words, what makes dancing special?
Ed Williams:	Dancing is special to me because I express myself thru dance every creation every title has a story behind it and it also saved my life.
Line Dance Connection:	If you could change one thing about dancing, what would it be?
Ed Williams:	If I can change anything about line dancing it would be that I NEVER should have left the scene for selfish reasons & all the unfulfilled promises I made & good people I let down. But after being back on the scene now…..I would add the competition & egos that exist (me included) but thanks to Stefhon, Teresa & TCH for making me see the error of my ways & bringing the LOVE TO DANCE back in me!
Line Dance Connection:	Tell me one thing about yourself that the dance community would find surprising.
Ed Williams:	In my spare time I love to bake. My dream would be to one day have my own bakery.
